What is our approach?
Physical fitness has a fixed reality to it: some things help more than others, some don’t at all and particular things happens when you do it well. It is the exactly same with character development.

What is the investment?
Our typical starting programme is a 6 - 12 month process. We do have a shorter, online introduction but we encourage an engagement that pursues change in context beyond an introductory phase.
Our Gold Package is aimed at those who want extended in person support: in person retreats, travel, in person moments of application etc.
